STP Specialty Technical Publishers has been named “Emerging Content Partner of the Year” by Enablon, a leading provider of sustainability, environmental health and safety, and operational risk management software.
The award was presented at the Enablon SPF annual conference in Chicago, attended by senior compliance and risk-management personnel from U.S. corporations.
For the past 30 years, STP has delivered audit and compliance content in the field of environmental health and safety. Having transitioned from paper-based publishing to electronic publishing, the team linked up with Enablon as a technology partner three years ago.
“We operate in a close-knit specialist market I am proud of STP’s performance and this award is particularly meaningful to us”, said STP President Steve Britten. STP is headquartered in Vancouver and is a division of Glacier Media. “We strive to provide our partners and customers with content that is accurate, current, meaningful and practical. We are thrilled Enablon recognized the role we play in the EH&S Audit and Compliance space. Enablon has great credibility and this award could very well pave the way for us to find new consumers of STP’s content.”
Gail Ankiewicz, STP’s VP of Sales & Marketing, received the award from Laurent Pierre, Enablon’s Global Alliance Director. “We have worked very closely with Enablon to ensure that our U.S. and international content can be delivered seamlessly via an Application Program Interface (API) into Enablon’s system,” said Ankiewicz. “It’s vital the system is capable of delivering our quarterly updates so that corporate customers are fully up-to-date with changing regulations and audit requirements.”
STP’s attendance in Chicago provided access to customers and senior Enablon staff members. Ankiewicz noted that two of STP’s major customers – Avery Dennison and Bristol Myers Squibb – signed with Enablon having been assured they would retain access to STP content.
