ERIS, Glacier Media’s environmental risk information service, has launched its new website with design upgrades that deliver significantly improved utility and deeper user engagement.

The new website ( serves up U.S. or Canadian market content depending on the user’s IP domicile, which will satisfy 95% of ERIS users who arrive at the website. The selection of the alternative market’s product information can also be made easily.

Navigation and menu options have been enhanced and features added in order to drive greater interaction via ERIS’ product order portal, its ERIS Listening Post and its social media tools. Curated content is delivered in collaboration with Bloomberg BNA and Glacier Media’s EcoLog service.

The new website reinforces the proposition that ERIS delivers high quality, accurate and comprehensive data products, which fulfill market needs and are easy to order and use, allied with excellent customer care.
