Job Purpose

To make sales management more efficient so they can focus on leading the sales team through change to increase and find new revenue opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilites

  • File and maintain various records and confidential financial documents for the EVP of Sales and for the Director of Sales
  • Maintain the sales teams’ resource center portal.
  • Help with all GFM brands, including AgDealer and digital properties, to make senior sales management more efficient.
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
  • Be responsible for the sales sponsorship and partnership portfolio including, but not limited to, execution of contracts, gathering assets and working with other departments to make sure contracts are honored.
  • Answer and respond to phone calls with customers, communicate messages and information to the EVP of Sales and the Director of Sales for GFM
  • Process sales orders and any contra sponsorship accurately and completely in Naviga
  • Create confidential sales reports to share with executive leadership and senior members of sales team.
  • Provide confidential financial and sales information to executive leadership and senior members of sales team.
  • Pre-screen sales leads and in consultation with the Director of Sales, share info with a member of the sales team for follow-up.
  • Ensure print, digital, and custom publishing billing is complete and runs smoothly.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, be flexible and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills including spreadsheets, data programs and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable working with a sales team to help them with the sales process to help them meet their sales goals.
  • Work well with others and be a team player.
