The Digital Acquisition Specialist is an experienced marketer who works closely with our sales, marketing and website teams to develop and execute top of funnel, lead generation strategies.
We are looking for an individual who can develop online acquisition strategies that can scale at a national level. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience implementing search, remarketing, email, and social media campaigns to drive inbound leads and will have worked with websites with high traffic volume.
- Identify key target personas and markets and develop online strategies to effectively reach them
- Work with our website teams to develop and implement a site remarketing strategy
- Manage PPC and social ads campaigns and ad spend
- Work with marketing to build highly targeted and personalized email campaigns to new clients
- Utilize A/B testing to optimize campaigns and to reduce our cost of acquisition
- Work with product and marketing teams to optimize our website experience and client onboarding process
- Analyze campaign results, report on key metrics and optimize based on findings
- Stay on top of digital marketing trends and be the local subject matter expert
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Hands on experience in the areas of site remarketing, email marketing, PPC, and social media.
- Experience building site remarketing campaigns, and utilizing best in class ad networks.
- Highly comfortable with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads, and email deployment software.
- Firm understanding of basic SEO principals and email marketing best practices.
- Experience working with CRMs, and developing automated marketing processes to build sales funnels.
- Experience in the real estate industry an asset.
