VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Nov 29, 2005 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX) --
Specialty Technical Publishers (STP) - a division of Glacier Ventures International Corp. (TSX:GVC) - has entered into an alliance with U.S. Legal Forms (USLF) to market a comprehensive online legal form subscriptions service. FormsPass is designed to provide users with immediate access to thousands of state-specific and federal legal documents. Under the terms of the agreement, STP will sell FormsPass subscriptions covering a wide variety of legal issues to attorneys and law firms as well as human resource and corporate legal departments throughout the United States.

In business since 1986, STP has become a leader in providing reference materials and publications for attorneys and law firms. The venture with USLF marks their first entry into the online legal publishing market.

Chris Heming, President and founder of Specialty Technical Publishers said, "I am delighted to go into what we consider to be a very important joint venture with a company of the stature of U.S. Legal Forms, together with a management team for whom we have a great deal of respect. We look forward to a mutually profitable relationship."

STP Director of Publishing Steve Britten added, "As a producer of compliance information in loose-leaf and CD-ROM for the past 19 years, we believe that FormsPass is an excellent vehicle to take Specialty Technical Publishers further into the electronic realm, and we are very excited to be working with USLF in this venture. We are confident that by going online this will open up new markets for both companies."

USLF is the leading publisher in the United States of state-specific legal forms on the Internet. Its FormsPass database offers legal form packages on a state-by-state or per-particular-subject-matter basis. Legal forms are regularly updated by attorneys to ensure compliance with state laws. The subscription service is available at www.formspass.com.

"We are very pleased to have Specialty Technical Publishers working with us as a marketing partner of FormsPass in selected markets," said Frank D. Edens, U.S. Legal Forms President and CEO. "STP has a proven track record in providing valuable resources for attorneys and with FormsPass, they will make available one of the best online products for the legal profession."

Formal plans for the introduction of FormsPass into STP's product offerings are at an advanced stage and STP hopes to begin marketing FormsPass by the end of the year.
