Glacier Announces Agreement to Acquire Madison Publishing
Vancouver, B.C., May 13, 2005 – The Board of Directors of Glacier Ventures International Corp. (“Glacier”) is pleased to announce that Glacier has entered into an agreement to acquire from Madison Venture Corporation and its associates (“Madison”) the controlling shares, interests and assets of the entities that comprise the Madison Publishing Group “(Madison Publishing”) held directly or indirectly by Madison. Glacier is also concurrently negotiating the acquisition of substantially all of the balance of the shares and interests of other parties owning minority interests in the Madison Publishing entities (“Madison Publishing Minority Shareholders”).
