The Kipling Citizen is a weekly newspaper published since 1936. It mainly serves the communities of Kipling, Windthorst, Corning, Peebles, Glenavon, Kennedy, Langbank and Wawota. The Kipling Citizen covers news from these communities with the majority of our advertisers also from these communities. Our distribution is mainly by subscriptions and mailed through Canada Post although copies are available by single copy.
