Innisfail is a bustling town of over 7,700 with more than 450 businesses. It has experienced steady growth over the years resulting in a solid business base. Meaning "Isle of Destiny" in celtic, Innisfail is framed by the majestic Rocky Mountains to the west and Alberta's major north/south corridor, Highway 2, to the east.
