The Observer has been serving the local area since 1936. We now serve more than 22 communities in our market area. The most significant change over the years was our move from subscription to a free pick up distribution every Friday. In recent years we have branched out and added more communities to our distribution – most recently the town of Oxbow. We provide local coverage in all our communities and excellent market distribution for our advertising customers. 

We also publish The Cross Border Advertiser – distributed monthly in Southeast Saskatchewan and Southwest Manitoba  - distributed to more than 20,000 homes.
